Once upon a time, the busy town of Whitehaven is experiencing a rebirth under the leadership of Bardolf Greed. The rich industrialist has invested his considerable fortune in the extraction of coal, employing a large part of the population at the large mine near the town. Soon, there came inevitable accusations of exploitation and starvation wages, giving rise to an anarchist group called the Pig Heads, named for the macabre masks with which they cover their faces. With his success darkened by disappearances, bloody sacrifices, and mysterious figures moving in the night, Bardolf turned to the Order to shine the light of hope to the streets of Whitehaven.
