Long Description:
Come learn how to paint miniature terrain for wargaming, decor, or just for fun in the second part of this class. Couldn’t make it to the first part? That’s okay! Additional pieces of terrain like rocks, logs, and sample surfaces will be available. We will discuss how to apply paint to achieve realistic weathered effects with techniques like drybrushing and washes. We will also go into some color theory, discussing how to pick colors that go well together and how to mix them from a limited palette. At the end we’ll decorate with flocking, plant bits, and knick knacks to give your model life and then it is yours to take home. At the end the model will be fragile and you may want to bring a rigid container to take it home in.
