How to contact customer service?

My credit card was charged $50 from q rooms.  I don't have a reservation and never made a reservation.   I can't find how to contact GenCon about getting this fixed

Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30 am – 5 pm (Pacific).

GEN CON HOUSING CONTACT INFORMATION

The Gen Con Housing call center will operate concurrently with Housing Registration opening on February 9, 2020. The call center will close at the end of the convention on August 2, 2020.

Daily Hours: 10 am – 6 pm (Eastern), Mon–Friday, except national holidays.
