Trade Day Marketplace


The Trade Day Marketplace has been successful since its inception in 2023 with a record number of attendees getting a chance to engage with all the vendors exhibiting their products to the Trade Day audience. The Trade Day Marketplace will once again be hosted in 2025. It is designed for game publishers, manufacturers, and distributors with products that work in the classroom, libraries, therapeutic sessions, and retailer store settings.

The Trade Day Marketplace Rules & Regulations document is now available for 2025. Some things have been updated/changed/added so please be sure to review it so you know what to expect and what is expected when exhibiting in this space .

Trade Day Marketplace 2025 Appendix D: Rules & Regulations


Thing To Know:

  • To exhibit in the Marketplace, you must be game publisher, manufacturer, and/or distributor with product that relates to the core Trade Day audience.
  • There will be an application submission period (approx. one month in length) to allow anyone/company interested in exhibiting, an opportunity to apply. The application will be available on this page.
  • All applications will be vetted; you will be informed either way of your application status.
  • Tables cost: $800
  • Trade Day Marketplace will be held on Wednesday, July 30 prior to the Gen Con Indy 2025 convention.

Application submissions are now open through February 24 for Trade Day Marketplace 2025. One submission per company please.


Key Timelines:

  • January 27: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Open
  • February 24: Trade Day Marketplace application submission - Close
  • February 24 - March 17: Application review & vetting
  • March 17 (week of): Application status notification
