Whispers in the Secret Places, etc. Baron Winters has called on his NIGHT FORCE to investigate! Night Force (premade character options) are: Agent Bride, Dagon of the Deep, Invisible Hood, Man-Bat, Nightshade, Ragman & She-Bat What you find when you arrive is a city in the first throes of a flash-flood disaster! The River that runs through the center of River City has inexplicably risen over the last 12 hours and has crested the tops of the levees in several places. What has caused this out-of-season flooding? And where did all these RATS come from?!
