Accessibility
Gen Con is dedicated to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and wellness-focused event. To achieve this, we offer various services and options for patrons with special needs.
Accessibility Services Kiosk
The Accessibility Services kiosk is between the Customer Service and Maryland Motor Lobby doors. Patrons with disabilities may use this kiosk for Will Call pickup, badge and event ticket purchases, and refunds or exchanges. Wristbands or badge stickers are available at this location to alert staff and event team members that the bearer may need additional assistance.
Accessible viewing areas for the costume parade are located at the Crossroads-Wabash intersection and next to the Hall B Event HQ.
Further accessibility information for patrons with disabilities is available on the Indiana Convention Center (ICC) website.

Scooter Rental
Gen Con has partnered with Indy Scooter Rentals to provide scooters and wheelchairs at Gen Con. A limited number of scooters will be available at the show, and early reservations are recommended. The Indy Scooter Rentals booth is inside the convention center next to the Will Call kiosks on Maryland Street. For more information, call 317-855-3158.
Getting Help On Site
If you cannot reach our Accessibility Services kiosk and need further assistance while at Gen Con, please speak with a member of our Event Staff, who will be wearing black vests, or a Staff member with a Gen Con Staff lanyard. You can also approach security personnel or visit one of the Information booths located throughout the ICC for help.
Quiet Room
The Quiet Room is a comfortable place to relax and get away from the hubbub of Gen Con. Talking and other interactions with attendees are prohibited, and phones must be in silent mode. This room is located on the second floor of the ICC, room 211. The hours of the Quiet Room are Thursday through Saturday, 10 am-6 pm, and Sunday, 10 am-3 pm.
Other Reduced Noise Spaces
If a completely silent room isn't needed, there are quieter areas throughout the convention where you can take a break from high noise levels. These spaces include hotel lobbies and hallways, the Stadium Field and bleachers, and the second floor of the ICC.
ADA Services
Gen Con is committed to an accessible, inclusive experience with ADA accommodations and dedicated support for all attendees.

ADA Exhibit Hall Entrance
There is an ADA Exhibit Hall entry point at the Hall J Entrance by Exhibitor Services (around the corner from the main Hall J doors). This is also the Exhibitor entrance. It opens at 10 am every day and is accessible until 10:30 am.
Rollacrit Merch Line
To ensure accessibility for shopping official Gen Con merchandise, Rollacrit, our official merchandise partner, will have a dedicated ADA accessibility line for individuals with mobility concerns. Please visit the Rollacrit booth in the Wabash Lobby for additional information.
