"View Reservation" button not updating

Booked at Springhill, email received, but My Housing page hasn't updated to "View reservation." "Go to" button says "You cannot access an existing Reservation via this method."

I can log into passkey using my Ack# and can see it there, but still no button on gencon.com after about an hour.

Hey tburke0,

The reason you can't see it is because, I know this sounds weird, that there are spaces in your phone number when you submitted it.  Your reservation is there, and housing will fix it after the rush.  Sorry for the problem!

Hah!  weird, but OK.  Thanks for following up Marian!  I appreciate it especially in the middle of zerg rush #1 :)
