What happened to the 'quote' feature when making replies?

I've sent this on to Tech Support.

Rodger that.  It seems strange, when a good chunk of last year/early this i was doing multiple quotes to people..  Now i can't even make a single quote..

Quoting is once again functional. Thank you for your patience.
