Just so I'm clear, what happens both my Friend and I try to get tickets for both of us for the same event and are both successful? Are we both going to end up with two tickets for said event? Or if he gets in a second before me, is the system smart enough to know that he's already bought a ticket for us so I don't duplicate his efforts?

If by some timing snafu you do end up with duplicate tickets, just return the extras for a full refund.
