It sucks, but that's what generally happens with many events if you wait too long..  They get sold out.

Okay, I purchased a Family Badge months ago, but my wife didn't have an account at the time I purchased it, so I just now added her, today.  I also need to add a child, but don't know how to do so after the badge has already been purchased.  Can I simply request four family badges when I pick up my packet or do they need to be registered by name?  Suggestions?
