I have a 10am event on Wednesday if will call doesn’t open until noon how are you supposed to pick up tickets? Thanks for any help around this.

Those are all free events, right?  Just show up - there aren't going to be *that* many people and, if needed, you can show your Gen Con schedule (accessible by clicking on your login name) to prove you are a registered attendee.
