Ive seen downtown housing open up just about every other day over the last 3 weeks. Sometimes multiple days in a row, multiple hotels. Definitely happens, but use the program site rather than randomly checking

This. I've seen it, too. JW, Alexander, Omni, and the one we got into, the Hilton. And this was all after we got the Hilton a couple of weeks back. We kept it because it was cheaper and about the same distance from the others, or not cheap enough to justify changing. I'm sure things will start to "finalize" as we get close, but I think it's worth checking, if you're still looking.
