Lotto gave me 5:21 EST.

Probably just past the cutoff for downtown. Last year they were gone at 2:11 p.m.

4:22 eastern, I feel all downtown hotels will be gone by 2. Aw well I've been lucky in the past and maybe I'll get lucky with a return later this year. I've got a few favorites a few miles away hopefully I can get one of those.

I got 8.07pm Eastern which is 1am in the morning for me. My last GenCon for a fair few years was hoping for one that got me near Downtown oh well.
