Can we no longer return events?

Are we no longer allowed to return events? They just added new events today, but I can’t register for them because I have a conflicting event.

You can return events if they have E-Tickets.

Packet printing/mailing has already started, so anything with paper tickets can't be returned in the system anymore.

Thanks for the info. This really sucks as they keep adding events. I wish they would get the event catalog completed to avoid situations like this.

You can return E-tickets on your "My Schedule Page".

There has to be a better way since the events are added all at various times.  For example events for the Author Guest of Honor just went live today.  These are events that should have been added a while ago with the popularity of R.A. Salvatore.  I want to sign up for his events, but I have conflicting events.  Customer service didn't call me back today and because of that I likely won't be able to get into these events.

You sure can.  I went to that page to see which of my tickets were electronic, and obviously skipped right over the "Return tickets" button since I assumed it would be on the event page where i bought the ticket.  100% PEBKAC.
