Hi all,

Here's a copy of my SPA/WKS planning grid; we keep all events in a giant Master Grid, but I usually place these events in a separate break out grid, in large part so I can make sure there aren't two of the same event running at the same time if at all possible, so we don't have the same events competing against each other. This is an informal grid I use for my planning purposes, but people have told me they like to see it as well, so I usually share this for those of you who want to see it.  Note it's not perfect, there's typos and such, but if you do see something that looks like it's placed at a different date/time from what the main event list says, do let me know, thanks!
