I will be giving a seminar this year for the first time, and wanted to know if there are projectors available for showing PowerPoint presentations.  Forgive the newbie question if this is already answered or obvious!

1. Details for your event that you need to confirm directly with us are always better handled by emailing us directly at [email protected] with your group name (if applicable) along with the event ID. We'll need that to check on the details of your event submission and location. 
   
2. If you need A/V for your event, you should have requested that on the submission form itself (there are fields for that) and then we would have issued you an invoice for it. A/V is not provided in seminar rooms by default, so unless you specifically asked for it you probably won't have access to it.
