Agreed that it is noon ET today, I was just curious where to find it once the catalog "opens" is there a link that becomes visible somewhere?

Found it: https://www.gencon.com/gen-con-indy/how-to-find-events
Scroll to the bottom and the links are there.

Where is it?

Deep breath, remain calm everyone. The Excel file is generated by a 3rd party. They usually post the link in the forums a few days after the release.

The Excel file is out there and ready for use:

It used to be generated by a third party, but at least since last year, it was done by GenCon on this very website.

Ouch. I must have missed the links. I spent waaay too much time using the site to slice-and-dice by day, event type, etc. See my post "How much time did you spend planning". I'll be interested in how much time everyone else spent on planning their visit. Link: https://www.gencon.com/forums/121-events-2024/topics/19459-how-much-time-did-you-spend-planning

Hmm..Sounds good, guys!I’ve personally found that structuring event details properly saves a ton of time, especially when collaborating with a team. If you ever feel stuck with formatting or making your spreadsheet more efficient https://quickassignmenthelp.info/ has been super useful for me. Sometimes, a little extra guidance goes a long way in making sure everything stays clear and easy to update!
