Hey all,

Looks like one of our events was canceled today (Here at the End) but still appears on our schedule. This prevents us from booking new events at that time! Is there anyway to drop the event at this point so we can register for something else?

Actually nm. Looks like I spoke too soon, we can book other events.

Do we have to wait til we get to will call to get a refund?

Oh, that is too bad that they cancelled all their events!  I really liked playing that!  
Although, I always purchased tickets at the Con after I saw how my time worked out, so I wonder if they cancelled due to low prereg sales.

You unfortunately will have to wait until you can go to Customer Service to get a refund for that cancelled event ticket.

That's really disappointing. Does anyone know why they cancelled? That was one of the few things me and my Fiance were doing together... :/
