Event Schedule Release Date?
Posted by komoridarkclaw 9 years agoon 2/22/2016 at 9:07 PM

Hello,
I went to Gen Con last year and am looking forward to 2016. I know Event Registration is May 15, but I want to browse the list of events. I know they released a list before registration last year, but do not remember when it was. Does anyone know when they usually release their event schedule?
Thanks

Typically a week or two beforehand.

Last year I believe it was just about a week in advance. In other words, not nearly soon enough! So much time to wait... I want to plan!

Thanks BrotherBock, and agreed LilyJade. I want to start making plans :)

Last year it was a week in advance. I hope they give us two weeks this year.

It's basically, as soon as we can get it straight.  TO THAT END, please feel free to encouage people to submit their events as early as possible! :)

Will they still be providing a CSV file of the events catalog this year? I find that to be an extremely useful tool.

That's certainly my plan. As we get closer, we'll confirm appropriate details.

Also, will The High Programmer being do his catalog as he has in the past: http://gencon.highprogrammer.com/gencon-indy-2015.cgi/

Bump to keep near the top.

Indeed, the high programmer will get the event list up on his site.
