How long to get access time?

I've been stuck at "Getting your access time. Please be patient. This may take a moment." for the past two minutes.  How long does getting your access time normally take?

/trying to be patient.  :)

Reload the screen (it's what we had to do).

Yes - if you reload it should give you a time.
