More rooms and more parking are great things. Also, that building looks kind of cool. And more shops is a good thing, too.
Huh. That's pretty cool.
Granted, I worry about how much a boutique hotel would charge, even during Gen Con, but that's a whole other worry. And it doesn't take away from the fact that it's nice to see Indianapolis growing it's hotel spaces. It's got the potential to be a really nice addition, regardless of how much rooms would go for.
