6ppl Airbnb, walking distance to convention & bars

I have a 6 person high end airbnb available.  Only a block away form bars and resturants including Tappers arcade bar. Super close walk to convention center (about 20 mins) but can also take a super cheap Uber or scooters.

Am interested of you guys explain how we plan on paying. I'm all for this though
