Cancelling a ticket

I had already purchased tickets for my events earlier, but I just recently found an event I'd like to go, unfortunately, I can't buy the ticket for that event, because there's a conflict.

Is there a way to cancel a purchased ticket, I don't care about a refund for the event, but just to free up that slot so I can attend the other event?

Now that pre-registration has ended, you may only return a ticket onsite at Customer Service. Just three weeks to go.

Good luck. If you have a friend with the slot free, you can ask them to get a ticket for you.
