Adopted Child Name Change

I adopted my foster children and their names have changed.  I don't remember the e-mail and password for the gencon account of one of my kids so I can't change her name.  Is there any other way to make the name change?

Contact customer Service (customerservice@gencon.com) and they should be able to straighten it out.
