Bought my 4 day badge on January 14th and my friends who purchased tickets after me have all received emails from housing already. I've checked spam and trash. What's the deal, guys, gals and others?

Even if your email was lost, you can check your access time on your My Housing page.

You may have been unsubscribed to Gen Con emails, this happened to some others last year randomly.

Happened to me too. This year and last year, but if you log in to your account you can see the time.
