Refunds due to cancelled flight?

So, my flight got cancelled due to mechanical problems. Delta is trying to get a new plane but it doesn’t look good. There are no other flights available today, tomorrow or Friday. Is it possible to get a refund for badge and all events paid for?

No, even with extenuating circumstances, there are no refunds for badges after June 17; for events, up until 30 minutes prior, but only on-site at the Con.

Email customer service, they may be able to help you with your badges.

Also, Government Transportation Site may be able to offer some advice about your ticket.

Sadly no. Our airport only has one carrier. They did bring in another plane to replace the broken one but I missed my connecting flight in Atlanta. I’m on standby for another flight but as you can imagine, flights into Indy are booked solid. We’ll see what happens from here.
