Missing Ticket for Paid Event

Just realized today that I am missing three tickets for an expensive $32 event I bought for me and my friends. I have the receipt for it and was definitely charged but realized today that it wasn't in the packet that was mailed. I have since signed up for other events that I will have to pick up tickets for at Will Call. Does anyone know what I should do to get the tickets for the event I paid for but didn't receive?

*edit* I don't know how to delete this now but it was resolved! Just had to roll perception and see that it is an e-ticket. Yay.

Theres definitely something about the page presentation that makes it easy to miss your e-tickets at a glance.
