Not receiving emails regarding housing

I haven't received any emails showing my housing time but when I log in I see my time slot. I tested the email on file by submitting a transaction receipt and received that. I checked my spam folder and nothing.

You can see your access time here.

You can always see you portal time on your "My Housing" page once you have signed into your account.
