Is anyone staffing the costumer service phone line? I’ve been calling for hours and it goes right to voicemail every time. 

It is staffed but this time of year it's very busy.

I recommend sending an email to us customerservice@gencon.com. We can get back to you easier this time of year via email. Faster response time that way.
