Hello!

I was wondering, is it too late to submit an event now that event registration is open? Thank you!

It's never too late as long as space is available and there is currently space.   But I'd get it in as quickly s possible.

You CAN submit events, but as they are late they won't be looked at for a while.  I wouldn't expect a week turnaround, or even two, necessarily.

What is the Cutoff for any event submissions?

There is none, though I would say there usually isn't much point the couple days leading up to the con unless you know you have an audience already lined up.
