I GM'ed last year; had a blast and want to do it again. However the military said they are sending me to training 0n either July 30th or in October. I will probably find out within the next two weeks, but they said it may take until the middle of July to get me a final date.
The host guide has two different dates for Late Event Submission: "Closes 6 weeks before the convention" and "30 days before the convention." Which is it?
Could I work with gencon to register my event but not make it public until I know for sure I can go?
