How did electronic ticketing end up working out? I didn't try it on the events I ran and none of the events I attended used it either, so I have no idea if it went well.

Went well from our perspective. We will be stepping up the E-Ticket initiative.

That's great Mike.  Hope you keep up the controlled rollout, better a slower rollout than a crashed system...
