Good day,

I am running these 2 events for AAW games.

Unfortunately I do not see them linked inside of my EO/DM Dashboard. Is there something I need to do on my side?

Send a note to Events@Gencon.com, with your name, the problem, and the Event Numbers and they'll sort you out.

It does not appear that you submitted those events, so they are not going to show up in your EO/GM Dashboard, unfortunately.

It looks like you are listed as the GM for the first event, at least, so it should show up in your schedule - click on your name at the top right to see your schedule and the events should be listed there.

If there are not, check in with the event organizer who submitted them to confirm what email address they entered to list you as the GM - they need to use the same email as you have in the account you're signed into. If those don't match, they can reach out to events@gencon.com to update it.

Thank you. I am listed as the GM on both. Since AAW Games submitted the event does that mean Rory Toma (The other GM) will need to be there to take tickets? Is there anything that I will not be able to do other than not see it in the EO/GM Dashboard?

I should have also stated this is my first time doing this so I am learning. :)

You are now listed on both, so either the event submitter, or any listed GM, should be able to take the tickets.
