I'm starting to wrangle my GMs and I am wondering when early submission ends and what is the final day for submitting events so that they might make it into the book.

We'll be annoucing the dates soon when we release the updated EHP for 2016, but they're broadly follow last year's timeline. There aren't any major sake-ups.

And remember that submission date isn't the only factor for inclusion in the program guide. We don't list many events that were submitted early but sold out, for example.
