One of my GMs had mentioned this to me last year but I forgot to escalate to the Gen Con team. We had an issue with at least one evening at the JW in the RPG rooms where the AC was turned off after 10 pm and also some people who had drunk too much were going into rooms and causing issues by interrupting games and just in general rowdiness.

Did anyone else experience this last year. More than likely it was on the Saturday evening when there was no staff on hand to deal with the disorderlies. The AC being cut-off I think was a nightly thing.

Derek - more than likely not. Like I had mentioned, it was something one of my GMs had told me that I forgot. He is hesitant to run any later night games right now because of this and I was just fishing to find out if anyone else had experienced the same thing.

I'll follow up with the hotel about it, but if anything like that happens again, report it to the front desk and then just call me if they aren't resolving it satisfactorily.
