Anyone else having trouble exporting their events?

Tried it after I submitted everything and got a 500 error. Just wondering if I did something wrong.

If you could email customerservice@gencon.com, they may be able to help you. :)

Are folks still running into this issue? Anyone else encountering it?

If anyone has the time, can they try to export the events you've submitted and send us a screenshot of any error you might get?

Thanks,

Its still doing it for me, Derek. But for some reason it won't let me download the pic of the error. Emailing it to you.

Thanks. The dev team is looking into it, so I'll pass this along, as well.

I should have also mentioned (and just kept forgetting) that if I go into years past events I can get any of them to export, just not this years.

Looks like this should be fixed now. If anyone was running into an issue, can you try exporting again when you have a chance, and let us know if you're still running into any errors?

Thanks,
